Mr. Josh Duelm, the Middle School history & Model United Nations sponsor, has been selected to join the Community Advisory Board for Texas Public Radio (TPR) for a two year term.
Texas Public Radio’s mission is to engage, inspire & inform to empower our community to make life better. With seven stations across central and south Texas, TPR serves people seeking news, information, or community engagement, audiences for live performances, music lovers, and more.
The TPR Community Advisory Board is a volunteer group of interested listeners, web-visitors and followers who meet regularly to represent public comments and advise as to whether the programming and policies of TPR meet the specialized educational and cultural needs of the communities TPR serves.
The Board seeks to represent the diversity of the TPR community in order to provide insight, ideas, and opinions on issues of key strategic relevance that the station should address through its on-air programming and service to the community. Josh’s major role is to serve as a representative for educators in San Antonio who suggests and comments on educational stories that might air on TPR.
