The Montessori School of San Antonio was founded as the Judson School – a Montessori Workshop in 1974. From there it has grown to include Primary, Elementary, and Middle School Montessori programs. The MSSA campus is a secure 24-acre parcel at the intersection of Loop 1604 and Rogers Ranch Parkway in far North-Central San Antonio with a surrounding environment designed specifically to meet the learning criteria set out by Dr. Maria Montessori.
As a parent, I can confidently say that I could not have chosen a better community for my children and our family unit. MSSA works hard to maintain a wonderful learning environment where grace and courtesy are always paramount. The education is challenging, yet manageable, and it allows students to have a very subtle transition when moving on to a higher grade-level."

👀📸Over the last two weeks, we've had a unique display of photos in our gallery hallway. Ms. Margo gathered childhood pictures of our staff to celebrate MSSA's 50th anniversary and the fact that we were once children.
